Hire Period: We Offer a 6 Weeks Hire Period and that Allows Ample of Time for Using the Maternity TENS Before and After the Birth, Besides During the Labour and Delivery.
When to Gets Your Maternity TENS: We Recommend You to Order Early and Secure Your Elle TENS to be Delivered to You at 37 Weeks as You Can Start Using for Pregnancy Back Pain or Soreness Before the Labor, and Gets Familiar with the Settings.
Delivery and Returning the Maternity TENS: Your Elle TENS will be Delivered to You by Singpost Smartpac Services and You will also Received an Enclosed Smartpac for Returning the Maternity TENS.

Step 3
Returning the Hired Maternity TENS
When you are done by the returned date, package the following in Singpost padded Smartpac:
- The Hired Maternity TENS
- 2 Leadwires
- Neck Cord
- Carrying Pouch
- Instruction of Use
- Electromagnetic Information
- A Women's Guide to Drug Free Pain Relief
Step 4
Fill up Return Hired Form and Track the return status.
- Fill up the Return Hired Form.
- Record down Smartpac delivery note number for tracking purpose.
- Seal the package. Drop it off at any Singpost local posting box at post office.
Step 5
This TENS will be Tested and Sanitised, before it ready for the next journey.

From: $75.90Elle TENS 2 has the same awards winning features and functionally as Elle TENS. It has updated user interface, backlit digital display and contraction timer to record last 5 contractions and in between to fulfils your need during the labor and postpartum.
Returning of Hire / Rental Maternity TENS
The return instructions has been included with your hired Maternity TENS unit, including the Singpost Smartpac with the returned address label.
Your Babycare TENS unit is hired for 42 days from the your choice of starting date. The return date is shown in the invoice.
Please fill up the Return Hire Form and ensure the hired maternity tens and all items are returned, with the exception of used/opened electrodes and/or batteries.
To ensure the safe return, please use the provided Smartpac and place all items inside, and secure the envelope by fasting with a stripe of sellotape. The sealed package shall be dropped off at any Singpost local posting box at post office.
If you lost the return Smartpac, you can return the unit back to us at your own cost by using a padded envelope and Registered Post with the Registered Mail Record, or Courier Service to the following address:

After posting, please keep and retain the Register Mail Record or Courier Consignment Slip for at least 3 months.
Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Babycare TENS should only be used in accordance with the instructions provided and only by the Customer named.
2. The success of Babycare TENS in labour is neither guaranteed nor warranted by Babycare TENS Singapore.
3. Babycare TENS must not be used by anyone fitted with a cardiac pacemaker, who has a heart disease or suffers from epilepsy. If you have any concern whatsoever consult your medical advisor prior to use.
4. Babycare TENS must not be used until the pregnancy has reached full term (37 weeks onwards).
5. Failure to return the Babycare TENS at the expiry of the 42 days period will result in the Customer being charged S$10 for each and every week or any part of a week over and above the hire period until the Babycare TENS is returned. If the unit is not returned for any reason the Customer will be charged for that unit (see 7).
6. When returning the unit at your own cost, the customer must retain the certificate of Registered Mail or Courier Consignment Notes for 3 months. In the event that the Babycare TENS is not received at Babycare TENS Singapore’s premises, the Registered Mail or Courier Consignment Notes must be produced. Failure to do so renders the Customer liable for the full retail value of the Babycare TENS unit.
7. In the event of damage to, or loss of the Babycare TENS by the Customer, the full retail value less the hire charge is payable to Babycare TENS Singapore by the Customer.
8. Non-use of the hired Babycare TENS is entirely at the discretion of the customer and no refund will apply.
9. Babycare TENS are fully tested immediately prior to dispatch. However, the liability of Babycare TENS Singapore shall not exceed the hire charge.
10. The Customer should check the contents of the hire pack upon receipt and familiarise herself with the Babycare TENS and the instructions. The Customer must advise Babycare TENS Singapore of any problems whatsoever immediately. Babycare TENS Singapore accepts no responsibility where the Customer fails to do so and renders it impossible for Babycare TENS Singapore to take any corrective action.
