Your hire runs for 42 days from the start date you choose, and we’ll show your return date clearly on your confirmation email.

You can start using your maternity TENS from around 37 weeks, following the user guide and any advice from your doctor or midwife.

Send it back by your return date using the included prepaid trackable label, drop it into a SingPost posting box, keep your proof of posting, and let us know it’s on the way.

If you just need a bit longer, you can extend your hire for S$10 per extra week or part week until the unit gets back to us.

If you’d like to keep the device instead of returning it, we’ll simply charge the usual retail price and deduct whatever you’ve already paid for hire.

If the unit or any reusable parts are lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a replacement fee may apply, up to the full retail value of the items.

• Every Elle TENS unit is cleaned and sanitised, checked, and fully tested before it leaves us, so you receive a unit that’s ready to use.
• When your parcel arrives, please open it as soon as you can, check everything inside, and let us know right away if anything is missing or doesn’t look right so we can fix it quickly.
• We take pride in providing you with a working unit and friendly support during your hire; if something unexpected goes wrong with the hire itself, our liability is limited to the hire charges paid, in line with our full terms and conditions.
